依达拉奉对脑梗死患者内皮素、可溶性细胞间黏附分子、单核细胞趋化因子及神经功能的影响 被引量:1

The influence of edaravone on serum ET,sICAM-1 ,MCP-1 and neurological function in acute cerebral in- farction

摘要 目的探讨依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者血清中内皮素(ET)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM一1)和单核细胞趋化因子1(MCP一1)以及神经功能的影响。方法将急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组另加用依达拉奉。采用ELESA法检测治疗前后血清ET、sICAM.1及MCP.1水平,并进行神经功能缺损(NDS)评分。结果急性脑梗死患者血清ET、sICAM-1及MCP-1水平较健康对照组明显升高(t=4.55、4.62、4.75、4.43、4.61、4.73,均P〈0.05);治疗后两组血清ET、ICAM.1、MCP.1水平及NDS评分均较治疗前下降(t=4.12、4.23、4.15、3.91、3.92、3.83、4.52、4.36,均P〈0.05),且治疗组较对照组下降明显(t=3.72、3.63、3.53、3.72,均P〈0.05)。结论依达拉奉可显著降低急性脑梗死患者ET、sICAM-1及MCP-1的表达,减轻脑组织炎性反应,对脑细胞起保护作用。 Objective To explore the influence of edaravone on serum endothelin(ET) ,soluble intercellular adhesion moleculel (sICAM-1) and monocyte chemotactic factor 1 (MCP-1) and neurological function in acute cere- bral infarction patients. Methods 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group(additional edaravone) and control group (routine treatment). The serum levels of ET, sICAM-1 and MCP-1 were detected by ELESA pretherapy and after treatment. Neurological functional deficit scores(NDS) was utilized for assessment pretherapy and after treatment. Results The levels of serum ET,sICAM-1 and MCP-1 in acute cerebral infarction groups were significantly higher than those of control group( t = 4.55,4.62,4.75,4.43,4.61,4.73, all P 〈 0.05) ;The levels of serum ET, sICAM-1 and MCP-1, NDS in both two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment ( t = 4.12,4.23,4.15,3.91,3.92,3.83,4.52,4.36, all P 〈 0.05 ), and the levels of ser- um ET,sICAM-1 ,MCP-1 and NDS in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group( t = 3.72,3.63,3.53,3.72,all P〈0.05). Conclusion Edaravone can decrease the levels of ET,sICAM-1 and MCP-1 in acute cerebral infarction patients. It can lighten acute inflammation and brain injury, protect the tissue of brain.
