摘要
目的总结21例内镜下环形肌切开术（POEM）的护理体会。方法对2011年6月-2012年6月21例确诊为贲门失弛缓症（AC）并接受POEM治疗护理进行回顾性分析。结果21例患者均成功行POEM治疗。其中3例术中少许渗血，经内镜下电凝止血，出血停止；2例出现纵隔和皮下气肿，2～3d后气肿消退。结论术前术中术后精心的护理，可减少并发症，提高手术成功率。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of 21 cases of peroral endoscop- ic myotomy（POEM）. Methods 21 patients diagnosed as achalasia of eardia（AC）as well as treated with POEM from June 2011 to June 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 21 patients un- derwent the POEM successfully. 3 patients had slight staxis which was processed by endoscopic electrical coagulation. 2 patients had mediastinal and subcutaneous emphysema which disappeared 2 to 3 days. Conclusion Meticulous perioperative nursing can reduce complications and improve the success rate of surgery.
