摘要
近年来,得益于医疗观念的更新和医疗器械、药物等相关领域的进步,胃肠外科取得了巨大的发展。在诊疗理念方面,胃肠外科正由专业化走向规范化和多学科团队协作模式。在诊疗技术方面,微创理念、分子生物学和数字技术得到了广泛的应用,并取得了良好的效果。然而随着自然和社会环境的变化,患者的人群特征和疾病谱也发生了显著的改变,这也成为当代胃肠外科必须应对的新挑战。
Gastrointestinal surgery has made tremendous development in recent years because of update and advance in medical concepts , devices , medications and other related fields .In terms of medical concepts,specialization is gradually being replaced by standardization and multidisciplinary teamwork .In terms of medical techniques ,minimally invasive surgery ,molecular biology and digital technology have been widely applied,and achieved good effects .However,with changes in the natural and social environment ,the population characteristics and disease spectrum are becoming significantly different .These has become new challenges for gastrointestinal surgery in future .
