摘要
建立了一种氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定螺旋藻中铅的方法。样品经过消解后,在最佳的仪器条件和测定条件下进行测定。铅在0—20.0μg/L范围内,线性关系良好,其相关系数r=0.9994,铅的最低检出限为0.0267μg/L,相对标准偏差RSD在1.87%—3.01%之间,加标回收率在97.07%—104.94%之间。该方法简单,快速,灵敏度高,重复性好。
The method for determination of lead in spirulina was established by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS). Sample was digested to determine under the optimum conditions of instrument and determination. There was a good linear relationship for concentrations of lead in the range of 0--20. 0μg/L with correlation coefficient of 0. 9994. The detection limit of lead was 0. 0267μg/L. The RSDs were between 1.87 % and 3.01 % ,while recoveries were from 97. 07% to 104. 94%. The method is simple, rapid with high sensitivity and well repeatability.
