摘要
利用超高压技术提取葡萄籽中黄酮类化合物。在单因素实验的基础上,采用正交实验法对葡萄籽中黄酮类化合物的超高压提取工艺进行优化,以总黄酮的提取率为指标,用分光光度法测定其含量。得到最佳工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数75%、提取压力325MPa、保压时间6min、提取温度50℃、料液比1:35(g/mL),优选结果经验证实验,获得较高得率为7.29%。
The flavonoids was extracted from the grape seeds by ultra high pressure (UHP). Based on the single-factor experiments, ultra high pressure extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test experiments. The content of flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometry. Optimum extraction conditions were as follows: ethanol concentrations 75%, UHP pressure 325 MPa, extraction time 6 min, extraction temperature of 50 ℃, and solid/liquid ratio 1:35 (g/mL). The highest extraction rate of 7.29% was obtained under the optimum extraction conditions.
