摘要
目的:探究医疗机构的黄芩饮片质量及其与医疗机构南北地域、城乡位置、级别及饮片规格等级的关系。方法:按医疗机构的南北地域、城乡位置和级别3个因素进行分层抽样,再结合随机抽样方法,调查16个省市72家医疗机构的黄芩饮片的等级及其中黄芩苷含量。结果:南北医疗机构之间、城乡医疗机构之间、各级别医疗机构之间、不同规格等级之间,黄芩饮片的质量均存在很大差异。结论:全国医疗机构的中药饮片质量存在较大差别,研究者应进一步深入研究,科学合理地制订中药饮片的质量规范。
OBJECTIVE：To explore the relationship of the quality of Scutellaria baicalensis decoction pieces in medical institutions with northern and southern China,urban and rural areas,different grades of medical institutions or different specifications and grades of decoction pieces.METHODS：The sampling covered medical facilities in northern and southern China,urban and rural areas,and different grades of medical institutions.The grades of S.baicalensis decoction pieces and the content of baicalin from 72 medical institutions in 16 provinces and cities were investigated by random sampling.RESULTS：There were significant quality differences between north medical institutions and south medical institutions,between urban and rural medical institutions,among different grades of medical institutions and different specifications and grades.CONCLUSION：The quality of TCM decoction pieces in different grades of medical institutions has great difference.The researchers should further study and develop scientific quality standard of TCM decoction pieces.
