摘要
目的:优选黄芩炮制的最佳工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计法,以黄芩苷得率为指标,确定蒸制时间,蒸制温度,投药时机3个炮制参数。结果:确定黄芩炮制最佳工艺条件为沸水投药200℃蒸制50 min。结论:黄芩炮制的最佳工艺条件科学合理,稳定可行。
Objective:To optimize processing technology of S.baicalensis.Method:The optimization processing technology of S.baicalensis was investigated using orthogonal design with the yield of baicalin as the index to determine the processing of parameters.Result:The optimal condition for the processing technology of S.baicalensis was dosed in hot water 200 ℃ by steaming 50min.Conclusion:The optimized extractive technology is scientific and efficient.
