摘要
目的:优选黄芩炮制的最佳工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计法,以黄芩苷得率为指标,确定蒸制时间,蒸制温度,投药时机3个炮制参数。结果:确定黄芩炮制最佳工艺条件为沸水投药200℃蒸制50 min。结论:黄芩炮制的最佳工艺条件科学合理,稳定可行。
Objective：To optimize processing technology of S.baicalensis.Method：The optimization processing technology of S.baicalensis was investigated using orthogonal design with the yield of baicalin as the index to determine the processing of parameters.Result：The optimal condition for the processing technology of S.baicalensis was dosed in hot water 200 ℃ by steaming 50min.Conclusion：The optimized extractive technology is scientific and efficient.
