紫外分光光度法测定姜黄素白蛋白纳米混悬剂的包封率 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立姜黄素白蛋白纳米混悬剂包封率的测定方法。方法:通过离心法分离出游离的药物,利用紫外分光光度法,在422nm波长处测定姜黄素含量,计算姜黄素白蛋白纳米混悬剂的包封率。结果:姜黄素检测浓度在0.5~6.0mg.L-1范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为98.50%,RSD=2.74%(n=9);平均包封率为42.32%。结论:该方法操作简便、精密度好、结果可靠,可用于姜黄素白蛋白纳米混悬剂包封率的测定。 OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for the determination of encapsulation efficiency of Curcumin albumin nanosuspensions.METHODS:Centrifuging was applied to isolate free drug and the content of curcumin was determined at 422 nm by UV spectrophotometry.The encapsulation efficiency of Curcumin albumin nanosuspensions was calculated.RESULTS:Curcumin showed a good linear relationship within a range of 0.5~6.0 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 98.50%(RSD=2.74%,n=9).The encapsulation efficiency was 42.32%.CONCLUSION:The method is easy to operate,highly accurate,reliable in results and can be used for the determination of encapsulation efficiency of Curcumin albumin nanosuspensions.
