摘要 目的建立右旋布洛芬-β-环糊精包合物的含量环糊精包合物中右旋布洛芬的含量测定方法。方法用75%的甲醇溶解样品,超声处理30min,稀释制成每1ml中约含右旋布洛芬36.5ug的溶液。采用HPLC法,色谱柱:日本岛津VP-ODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5um);流动相:甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(75:25),检测波长:220nm。结果右旋布洛芬在10.01~50.05g·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.71%,RSD=1.38%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好。适用右旋布洛芬包合物中主药的含量测定。 Aim To establish an HPLC method for the determination of dexibuprofen in dexibuprofen-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex. Methods The sample was dissolved with 75% methyl alcohol and prepared by uhrasonieation. Its concentration was diluted into about 36.5g·L^-1. Then it was diluted to 36.5g·L^-1 dexibuprofen. A Shim-pack VP-ODS column was used. The mobile phase was methyl alcohol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution(75:25 ). The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm. Results The linear range of dexibuprofen was 10.01 -50.05g·L^-1( r = 0.9 999 ). The average recovery rate was 98.71% (RSD = 1.38% ). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and repeatable which can be used for the determination of dexibuprofen in dexibuprofen-β-eyclodextrin inclusion complex.
