摘要
目的:观察喷雾气管导管在全麻气管插管和拔管期对血流动力学的影响及相关不良反应的发生情况。方法:118例全身麻醉下择期手术的患者随机分为喷雾气管导管组(S组)和普通气管导管组(C组)。S组患者使用新型喷雾气管导管,C组患者使用普通气管导管。观察两组患者插管前后和拔管前后6个时间点的收缩压、舒张压及心率,以及拔管过程和拔管后相关不良反应或并发症。结果:S组插管和拔管后的收缩压、舒张压及心率均低于C组(均P<0.05)。S组患者拔管时呛咳和拔管后咽痛发生率低于C组(均P<0.05)。结论:喷雾气管导管用于气管内和咽喉部黏膜表面麻醉可减少气管插管和气管拔管所致的心血管反应,是一种安全且具有优势的新型气管导管。
Objectivev To observe the hemodynamic effect and other adverse effects of spraying- endotracheal tube during tracheal intubation and tracheal extubation. Methods One hundred and eighteen patients, who were scheduled for operations with tracheal intubation under general anesthesia, were randomized into group S (spraying-endotracheal tube group) and group C (normal endotraeheal tube group). Hemodynamic data of systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and heart rate (HR) 6 time points before and after the intubation and extubation respectively were observed. Number of cases with obvious bucking, pharyngalgia, laryngopharyngeal foreign body sensation or hoarse voice were recorded. Results SBP, DBP, and HR in group S were lower than those in group C (P 〈 0.05) after the intubation and extubation. Compared with group C, the incidences of extubation bucking and post-extubation pharyngalgia in group S were significantly reduced (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Spraying-endotracheal tube could effectively inhibit cardiovascular reactions during tracheal intubation and tracheal extubation, and it may be a new endotracheal tube with reliable safety and more advantages.
