摘要
以三聚氰胺和硝酸铝为主要原料,通过前驱体法制备了氮化铝晶须,研究了不同原料配比、不同浓度对制备前驱体和晶须的影响,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和光学显微镜对晶须和前驱体进行物相及形貌分析。结果表明:当三聚氰胺/硝酸铝=1∶3,浓度为0.2mol/L时,制备的氮化铝晶须前驱体细长且尺寸均匀,直径为1~2μm,长度约为80μm。制备的氮化铝晶须为表面光滑的长柱状,直径约为1μm,长度为10~20μm。
With C3H6N6 and Al(NO3)3 · 9H2O as the main raw materials, aluminum nitride whiskers were prepared by precursor method. The influences which different materials proportion and concentration made to presoma and whiskers were studied. And the phase constitution and surface topography of whiskers and presoma were determined by x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and optical microscope. Results show that when materials proportion of C3H6N6/Al(NO3)3. 9H20=1 : 3 and the concentration of 0.2mol/L, the synthesis of presoma are slender and we/l-distributed size with diameter of 1 -2 μ m and length of about 80 μ m, And the synthesis of whiskers are smooth-faced columnars with diameter of 1. m and length of 10 to 20μm.
