摘要
校企合作高职院校学生管理面临着一系列问题,本文从当前高职学生管理的实际出发,分析校企合作高职院校学生管理引入企业管理模式的可行性,将企业的优秀理念和管理引入学生管理,从而构建高职学生管理企业化新模式,增强学生管理的实效性,更好地实现高职院校培养高素质技能型人才的目标。
Student management in school-enterprise cooperative higher vocational college is confronted with a series of problems. Starting from the current situation of higher vocational college student management, this paper analyzes the feasibility of intro- ducing enterprise management model into student management in school-enterprise cooperative higher vocational college. This measure can help us better realize the goal of cultivating high-quality talents with technical ability.
