白首乌多糖抗疲劳及耐缺氧、耐高温作用研究 被引量:7

Effects of Radix Cynanchi Bungei Polysaccharides on Anti-fatigue,Hypoxia Tolerance and Heat-resisting in Mice

摘要 目的探讨白首乌粗多糖对小白鼠的抗疲劳及耐缺氧、耐高温能力的影响。方法从白首乌(耳叶牛皮消)中提取粗多糖,将动物随机分为4组,每组10只,分别为对照组,高、中、低剂量组,连续给小鼠灌胃8 d后,观察不同剂量对小鼠负荷游泳时间、耐缺氧时间、耐高温时间的影响。结果白首乌粗多糖能显著地延长小鼠负荷游泳时间、耐缺氧时间及耐高温时间。结论白首乌粗多糖对小白鼠抗疲劳及耐缺氧、耐高温能力具有明显的作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of Radix Cynanchi bungei Polysaccharides on anti-fatigue, hypoxia tolerance and heat-resisting in mice. Methods The rough polysaccharides were extracted from Radix Cynanchi bungei. In this experiment, mice, both male and female, were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group, high dosage rough polysaccharides group, middle dosage rough polysaccharldes group and low dosage rough polysaccharides group, each group had ten mice. Mice were fed with physiological saline and rough polysac- charides solution for 8 days, the time of swimming with heavy burden, hypoxia tolerance and heat-resisting were de- termined. Results Compared with the control group, the rough polysaecharides group could obviously prolonged the time of swimming with heavy burden, the survival time in hypoxia and heat conditions. Conclusion The effects of rough polysaccharide of Radix Cynanchi bungei on anti-fatigue, hypoxia tolerance and heat-resisting in mice is significant.
