摘要 根据花生收获的农艺要求,设计了一种与小四轮拖拉机配套使用的花生收获机。挖掘铲将花生秧的主根铲断,同时以一定的频率上下摆动,碎掉部分土壤;碎土栅将花生秧果上的部分土壤碎掉并抖落到地上;两升运链在动力作用下做回转运动,并带动升运辊也做回转运动,将花生秧果上的大部分土抖落至地上,达到清土的目的;花生秧果和少部分未去除的土壤随升运链继续向后输送直至尾端,并被抛送到已收区,从而完成整个收获过程。 According to the agricultural demands of peanut harvesting,we designed a kind of peanut harvester matching with small four-wheeler tractors.Digging shovel tackled the main root,meanwhile,it moved up and down at a certain frequency in order to break off part of the soil.The grid barbroke off part of the soil and shook off the soil to the ground.Two chains did rotary motion by the action of the driving force and drove up the roller to do rotary motion,too.Most of the soil was shaken off to the ground and the aim of clod removing was realized.Peanut and a little soil which was not removed continued to convey with the chains till the end of the chains and the peanuts were thrown to the received area.Thus far,the whole process of harvest was completed.
