硫氧还蛋白系统(Thioredoxin system)是一个广泛分布的NADPH依赖性二硫化物还原酶系统,其在肿瘤细胞的增殖与分化中起着重要的作用,已成为近年来肿瘤研究的一大热点,可能是一个极有价值的肿瘤治疗新靶点。下面就硫氧还蛋白系统的结构、生物学活性及其与肿瘤的关系作一综述。
The thioredoxin system is a widely distributed NADPH-dependent disulphide reductasesystem,which plays an important role in proliferation and differentiation of neoplastic cells.It has been a newly hot topic of cancer research and may become an extremely valuable new target in cancer therapy.This rewiew provides a summary in the structure,biological function and the relationship between thioredoxin system and tumors.
