摘要 医学德育教育在当今医学教育中的地位举足轻重,传统的教学方式对于当代青年人的吸引力逐渐减弱,于是以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学理念被引入医学德育教育。实践证明,这种以学生为中心的讨论模式,可以引领学生在实践中观察,对观察到的现象进行思索。再加上教师恰到好处的点评、提升,使理论和实践有机的结合,既提高了学生的综合能力,又增强了师生间的互动。 Medical Moral Education plays an important role in today's medical education. Considering that traditional teaching methods can not attract young people gradually, we try to introduce the idea of PBL into medical moral education. As the result of our practice, it proved that the discussion model to medical students could lead the students to observe it in their practice, not only ponder upon the observed phenomena, but also review of teachers right to enhance the theory and practice of organic combination. It could improve the students'comprehensive capacity and enhance the interaction between teachers and students.
