摘要 目的:探讨采用多隧道、多层次脂肪注射隆乳技术提高移植脂肪成活率和减少并发症的方法。方法:以肿胀法抽吸腹部、髂腰部等部位脂肪颗粒,经过分离纯化,采用多隧道、多层次的方式分散注射至胸部受区。结果:采用该技术进行自体脂肪颗粒移植隆乳213例,获得理想效果。无一例出现脂肪液化、硬结等并发症。结论:采用多隧道、多层次注射以增加脂肪颗粒与受区组织的接触面积,并控制单次脂肪颗粒的注射量,是提高手术效果、减少并发症的有效办法。 Objective To improve the clinical effect on the breast augmentation with autologous fat granule graft of multiple tubes and multiple layers. Methods Autolgous fat granules were harvested, purified and then injected in a wide distribution by multiple layers and multiple tubes. Results All the 213cases were involved in the study and satisfactory cosmetic results were achieved. There were no complications such as nodule, fat necrosis occurred. Conclusions Autologous fat granule graft is a suitable approach for augmentation mammaplasty. Pruification of the fat granule, broaden the contacts of fat granule and chest tissue by multiple tubes and multiple layers may increase the living opportunity of transplanted fat granule and decrease the complications.
