摘要
目的 取身体某部多余的脂肪组织,用于隆乳,使原本松弛欠丰满的乳房得到改善,达到塑形的效果,具有女性特有的美感。方法 局部麻醉,用自制穿刺针插入皮下脂肪层反复抽吸、所得脂肪经过浓缩处理,注入乳腺后胸大肌表面之间隙。结果 43例受术者临床效果满意率100％,经随访无一例发现异常及并发症,外观形态良好,手感柔软。结论应用自体脂肪隆乳,创伤小,术后无明显疤痕。
Objective: Wipe of the surplus fat from certain part of our body, by being swelled breast, the breast which is slacken and lacks of plump becomes ameliorate and obtains the effect of mold figure, another, female takes on her own' s aesthetic feeling. Methods: after local strul anaesthetizing, insert into fat layer below shin with self-government prick and pump repeatedly, concentrating the earnings fat, pour into clearance which exists pectorals major below galactophore. Result: 43 patients were all satisfied with the clinic effects. By investing, none of the patients were found abnormal illness, the breast locks all right and fells soft. Conclusions: using self - fat and swells breast, it has small wound and no evidenced scar, moreover, no injection strange reaction. it can not only wipe of the surplus fat tissue but also swell breast.
