摘要
目的确定番泻叶的最佳提取工艺。方法以番泻苷A得率为评价指标,考察了四种不同方法对提取的影响。结果超声提取和沸水提取均能将番泻苷A提取完全。结论沸水提取工艺更为高效,为大规模工业化生产提供一种合理、可行、高效的方法。
Objective To study the optimal extraction condition of Cassis leaf.Methods Taking the extraction rate of Sennoside A,and the methodology of extraction was researched and optimized by four kinds of different methods.Results The effective composition could be extracted completely by ultrasonic extraction technology and water boiling.Conclusion Comprehensive consideration,water boiling extraction procedure is rational,stable and feasible and adapt to industrialized production of sennoside A in Cassis leaf.
