摘要
目的研究降脂软胶囊对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。方法采用灌胃脂肪乳剂建立大鼠高脂血症模型;检测降脂软胶囊不同剂量对血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的影响。结果降脂软胶囊能改善高脂饲料所致大鼠血脂的异常升高水平,且显示量效关系。结论降脂软胶囊可治疗高脂血症大鼠血脂异常。
Objective To study the effect of Jiang zhi soft capsules in the experimental hyperglycemia rats.Methods The rats were raised with high fat diet for weeks,and the model of hypenglycemia was then established.Then,those rat were executed,and the plasma TC,TG,HDL-C were detected.Results Jiang zhi soft capsules could improve the high fat diet caused by abnormally elevated levels of serum lipids,and displayed effect relationship.Conclusion Jiang zhi soft capsules can treat the abnormity of serum lipid.
