摘要
目的 介绍一种简便的小鼠高脂血症造模方法。方法 采用灌胃脂肪乳剂建立小鼠高脂模型 ,用酶比色法测定模型组与正常组血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三脂 (TG)含量。结果 模型组与正常组TC、TG具有显著差异。结论 实验结果表明 ,本方法切实可行。
Objective:To tell a simple and convenient way to set up the hyperlipidemia model. Methods:Set up the mice hyperlipidemia model by ig lipid emulsion, then tested the total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) in serum of two groups. Result: The hyperlipidemia model group was statistically different compared with the control group in the level of TC and TG.Conclusion: The way of set up hyperlipedemia is workable and convenient.
