摘要
对受试者进行舞蹈啦啦操和技巧啦啦操锻炼,在锻炼前后分别对健康体适能的各项评价指标进行测试,结果表明:长期坚持系统的啦啦操锻炼,可以改善女大学生的健康状况,有效提高女大学生的健康体适能水平.
The subjects take dance cheerleading and skill cheerleading exercises, and the evaluation data of health related physical fitness is tested before and after the training. The results show that long-time and sys tematic cheerleading exercises c'aa promote health state and of female college students. improve the level of health-related physical fitness
