摘要
随着社会经济发展的需要,县级气象预报预测能力明显不足,服务水平不能适应需求,探索改进县级气象预报服务模式具有实际应用价值。通过对上级指导预报的应用分析,找出不足,从公共互联网、气象系统内网等渠道获取适用性资料,针对不同季节天气特别是重要天气和灾害性天气的特点,提出整合应用方法,并就有关方面问题提出改进意见,有效提高了县级气象预报预测和气象服务精细化、针对性程度,在应用中取得了明显成效。
As the social and economic development,the county-level weather forecast predictive ability was obviously insufficient,the service levels could not meet the demands.So it was important to explore how to improve the county level weather forecasting service model.The higher guidance forecast analysis deficiencies were identified.The applicability data was gotten from the public Internet,the meteorological systems network and other channels.For different seasons of weather,especially the characteristics of significant weather and severe weather,integrating the application method and giving some improving suggestions about relevant aspects were proposed,which effectively improved the fine,targeted degree of county-level weather forecast forecasting and meteorological services,remarkable results in the application were achieved.
