摘要
学习型社会建设离不开终身学习平台的支撑。云计算为终身学习平台建设提供了重要的模式和技术支撑。本文基于云计算,结合自然垄断理论、关联主义学习理论以及知识管理理论,对终身学习平台构建进行了初步探索。研究发现,终身学习平台应定位于公有云,强调规模效益;其服务模式重点是SaaS和部分PaaS应用,体现为面向机构和个人开放、面向各类教育资源开放、面向多样化的消费方式开放;在服务内容上,应以学习者为中心,以终身学习超市和终身学习社区为重点,建设包含小粒度静态课程资源和课程整合与推送服务的学习资源池,建设由互动资源、学习辅导服务和学籍管理服务组成的支持服务池;在服务机制上,应建立注册会员制,关注于学习和教学过程,完善学习辅导机制和资源共享机制。
Learning society can not build without the support of lifelong learning platform. Cloud computing provicled for life long learning platform construction with the support of mode and technical. Based on cloud computing, combined with the natural monopoly theory, associated with conneetivism learning theory and knowledge management theory, this paper do a preliminary exploration about the construction of the life- long learning platform. The study found that the lifelong learning platform should be located in a public cloud, emphasizing economies of scale; focus on SaaS and some PaaS applications, reflected in three opens, open to the institutions and individuals, open to all kinds of educational resources, and open to a variety of consumption patterns; for service contents, the lifelong learning platform should be learner - centered, focusing on the lifelong learning supermarket and life - long learning communi- ty, construct learning resources pool which includes small size static curriculum resources and curriculum integration and push service, construct support services pool which consists of interactive resources, learning counseling services and enrollment management serv- ices; for service mechanisms, should explore the establishment of the membership register system, focus on learning and teaching process, and improve the learning guidance mechanisms and resource sharing mechanism.
