摘要
采用Waters nova-pak C18色谱柱(3.9 cm×15 cm,5μm),87双波长紫外检测器,以甲醇∶乙腈∶磷酸缓冲液(pH 3.5)=15∶15∶70(体积比)为流动相,流速0.8 mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长210 nm的条件下同时分离测定胡椒叶片中GA3、6-BA植物激素。GA3和6-BA各峰分离效果理想,加标回收率分别为90.80%和88.78%。
A method was developed for the determination and separation of adenine, gibberllin, 6-benzylaminopurine, in leaf blade of piper by using a Waters nova-pak C 18 chromatographic column (3.9 cm × 15 cm, 5 μm) and a 210 Dual A absorbance detector. Detector was set at the wavelength of 210 nm. The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile- phosphate buffer (pH 3.5, 15 : 15 : 70, V/V). The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min and the column temperature was 35℃. These hormones were separated well the 90.8%, 88.78%.
