摘要
本文选用高效液相色谱法，采用Ｎｏｖａ－ＰａｋＣ１８柱，以甲醇：水（２０：８０）为流动相，在１９５ｎｍ处检测，外标法分析霜霉威原药，本方法的变异系数为０．３０％，回收率为９８．４５～１００．７２％，线性相关系数为０．９９９２。
The quantitative analysis method of propamocarb hydrochloride by high performance liquid chromatography with Nova-Pak C18 column and UV 195nm was established. The mobile phase consists of methanol and water (20:80),results showed that coefficient of variation and liner correlation were 0.30% and 0.9992 respectively, and the recovery was 98.45～100.72%.
