摘要
目的探讨苏为坦与美开朗联合治疗开角型青光眼的疗效。方法选择我院诊断为开角型青光眼的患者63例,随机分为联合治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常用药美开朗,联合治疗组在美开朗的基础上加滴用苏为坦。比较两组治疗前后眼压变化,总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果与治疗前比较,两组在治疗4w、12w后眼压均降低,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;与对照组比较,联合治疗组4w、12w后眼压明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且联合治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均不同程度出现结膜充血,但无严重不良反应发生。结论苏为坦与美开朗联合治疗开角型青光眼安全,有效。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of travoprost eye drops and carteolol hydrochloride in the treatment of open-angle glaucoma. Methods A total of 63 patients with open-angle glaucoma were randomized into 2 groups ： the control group were given carteolol hydrochloride, the combination therapy group were given carteolol hydrochloride and travoprost eye drops. Intraocular pressure（IOP） were analyzed before and after treatment for 4w and 12w. The total effective rate and side effect were measured. Results After treatment for 4w and 12w, IOP were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. The to- tal effective rate was significant higher in the the combination therapy group than that in the control group （81.2% vs 64.5% ,P〈 0.05）. Both groups were found varying degrees conjunctival hyperemia, but no serious adverse reaction was found. Conclusion Travoprost eye drops combined with carteolol hydrochloride are effective and safe in treatment of open-angle glaucoma.
