摘要
包兰线香山隧道和青天寺隧道长度均超过20 km,为全线控制工期的重点工程,为加快施工进度和降低工程投资,在满足机械化配套、快速施工的要求下,开展了以初期支护为主要承载结构的复合式衬砌设计参数研究。主要介绍了研究的方法和成果,结合安全性检算,系统地提出了时速200 km/h双层集装箱铁路以初期支护为主要承载结构的隧道结构优化参数,并进行优化前后的工程量对比,在施工机械化配套条件下隧道施工综合进度提高约20%。该成果对转变传统的隧道设计理念、改变目前以部颁标准图支护参数为设计依据的设计现状、对于以后时速200 km/h铁路特长单线隧道的施工方法和机械化配套的工程设计(施工)都有很好的参考价值。
The design parameters of composite lining with its primary support as the load-bearing structure are studied, with Xiangshan tunnel and Qingtiansi tunnel on Baotou-Lanzhou railway as examples. The study methods and study re- sults are presented. The :optimized parameters of the tunnel structure with its primary support as the load-bearing struc- ture are presented. The paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
