摘要 雅西高速公路大相岭隧道全长10 007 m,单口掘进5 130 m,为全国单口掘进之最,地质情况极为复杂,施工中出现了严重的涌水、大变形事故。为了能安全通过大相岭隧道右线41 m集涌水、大变形、断层破碎带地段,采用了分步开挖、分部引排水、初期支护全断面封闭成环、φ42小导管超前支护等施工技术以及严格控制注浆压力、短台阶开挖、加快下导洞施工进度、二次衬砌紧跟等施工工艺,保证了结构的安全稳定及工程的稳步推进。 Daxiangling tunnel is 10 007 m long with extremely bad geological conditions,of which one end excavation length reached 5 130m,the highest record in China.Serious water gushing and large deformations encountered during construction.In order to safely pass through the 41m section with gushing water,large deformations and fault fractures on Daxiangling tunnel right line,treatment measures were adopted,including excavation and drainage by parts,full face closure of primary support,advanceφ42 pipe roofing,strict control of grouting pressures,excavation with short benches,secondary lining cast in time,etc.Project safety and stability were ensured.
