摘要
目的观察前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选取2011年1月至12月收治的糖尿病肾病患者50例,按照随机分组法分为对照组和治疗组,各25例。对照组进行常规降压、调血脂以及降血糖治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上静脉滴注前列地尔注射液10μg,每日1次,疗程12 d。比较两组24 h尿蛋白(24 h Upro)、血尿素氮(BUN)和血清肌酐(SCr)的变化。结果治疗组治疗后24 h Upro,BUN和SCr水平较治疗前显著下降,较对照组也显著下降(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病可显著改善肾功能,减少蛋白尿。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of prostaglandin E1 for treating diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods Fifty patients with DN were selected from January to December 2011 and randomly divided into the control group （n=25） and the therapy group （n =25）. The control group was treated with routine antihypertensive therapy. On this base, the therapy group was treated with prostaglandin E1 by intravenous drip, once daily for 12 d. After treatment, 24 h urinary protein （24 h Upro）, blood urine nitrogen （BUN） and serum creatinine （SCr） were detected and compared between the two groups. Results 24 h Upro, BUN and SCr after treatment in the therapy group and were significantly lower than those before treatment, which also were obviously decreased compared with the control group, showing difference with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.24 h Upro, BUN and SCr in therapy group significantly reduced （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Prostaglandin E1 for treating DN can significantly improve the kidney function and reduce proteinuria.
