摘要
目的:观察怡肾丸Ⅰ号对单侧输尿管梗阻(UUO)大鼠生化指标及纤维结合蛋白(FN)、Ⅳ型胶原(ColⅣ)的影响。方法:将50只UUO SD大鼠按照完全随机的方法分为空白组、假手术组、模型组、怡肾丸组和依那普利组,分别干预14d后,观察各组大鼠的肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿蛋白定量及FN、ColⅣ改变情况。结果:与模型组比较,各组大鼠的生化指标及FN、ColⅣ均明显降低(P<0.05),怡肾丸组对大鼠肌酐、尿蛋白定量优于依那普利组(P<0.05)。结论:怡肾丸Ⅰ号对UUO大鼠的Scr、BUN、尿蛋白定量及FN、ColⅣ有明确改善作用。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of YishenwanⅠon biochemical indexes,fibronectin,collagen Ⅳ on unilateral ureteral ligation rats.Methods： 50 unilateral ureteral ligation（UUO） SD rats were completely randomly divided control group,sham operation group,model group,Yishenwan group and enalapril groups,respectively,14 days after being intervented,the biochemical indexes,fibronectins and collagen Ⅳ of each group rats were observated.Results： After being intervented,biochemical indexes,fibronectins and collagen Ⅳ of the model group were significantly different from the other group rats（P0.05）,and were the most severe than orher groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： It is a clear improvement of YishenwanⅠon the serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,24-hour urine protein and serum FN,ColⅣ concentrations of each group of UUO rat.
