摘要
以环保型含氮有机磷酸酯为阻燃剂,以柠檬酸/马来酸为交联剂,以次亚磷酸钠为催化剂对婴幼儿服装用纯棉针织面料进行阻燃整理,研究阻燃剂用量、交联剂用量、焙烘温度及焙烘时间对织物燃烧性能、力学性能、透气性能及甲醛含量的影响.多指标优化正交实验结果表明:当阻燃剂质量浓度为400 g/L、交联剂质量浓度为40 g/L、焙烘温度为160℃、焙烘时间为3 min时整理得到的织物性能最好,其中损毁长度为10.02 cm,顶破强力为273 N,透气率为214 mm/s,甲醛含量为19 mg/kg.
The flame retardant treatment for cotton knitted fabric of infant clothing was prepared by flame retardant of environmental friendly containing nitrogen organic phosphate ester,cross-linking reagent of citric acid/maleic acid and catalyst of sodium hypophosphite.The effects of the concentrations of flame retardant and cross-linking reagent,baking temperature and baking time on the flammability,physical property,air permeability and formaldehude content of the fabric were discussed.The results of the multi-index optimization orthogonal experiment reveal that the properties of the fabric peak at the concentrations of the flame retardant and the cross linking reagent of 400 g/L and 40 g/L,baking temperature of 160 ℃ and baking time of 3 min.At this point the char length of the fabric is 10.02 cm,the bursting strengh of the fabric is 273 N,the air permeation rate of the fabric is 214 mm/s,the formaldehyde content of the fabric is 19 mg/kg.
