摘要
根据干扰红外的要求,用筛选的可以达到干扰红外性能的还原染料对棉织物进行干缸还原法染色。测试结果表明,成品织物的反射率曲线在波长740～1 040 nm之间与标样织物相近,反射率达到30%～40%,达到抗红外干扰的效果,且织物染色牢度和亲水性能都较好。
Stock vatting and dyeing of cotton fabric is carriecq out using selected vat dyes with IR interference performance. The test results show that the reflectance curve of finished fabric is similar to that of standard sample at wavelength of 740 ~ ] 040 nm. Reflectivity of fabric is 30% -40%, which can meet the requirment of infrared interference, and color fastness and hydrophilic properties of fabric are good.
