An investigation into hospitalized patients ratio of satisfaction

摘要 目的 为了解住院病人对医生、护士及医疗环境的满意度。方法 采用统一调查表 ,深入床边 2次 (中间间隔 42天 )询问病人的方式 ,并表明调查者不代表患者所住医院实施调查。结果 对医生、护士的态度与质量满意度分别是 5 0 0 %与 5 6 9% ,5 5 1%与 6 2 8% ;环境满意度是 5 1 5 %。上海市患者满意度 70 6 %、外地为 91 9% ,文盲、小学、初中、高中、大专及以上患者的满意度分别为 93 3%、82 5 %、74 3%、83 3%、6 8 0 %。结论 对医生的质量、护士的质量的满意度高于对环境的满意度 ,外地患者的满意度高于上海市患者的满意度 。 Objective To find out hospitalized patients ratio of satisfaction towards doctors, nurses and the medical environment. Methods An investigation was made through uniform questionnaires and two bedside inquiries of each investigated patient, with an interval of 42 days and the declaration that the investigators did not represent the hospital where the patient was being hospitalized. Results The ratio of satisfaction towards the service attitude and quality of doctors and nurses was respectively 50.0% v. 56.9% and 55.1% v. 62.8%, and the ratio of satisfaction towards the environment was 51.5%. The ratio of satisfaction of patients from Shanghai was 70.6% while that of patients from outside Shanghai was 91.9%. The ratio of satisfaction of patients who had received no, primary school, junior middle school, senior middle school, or college education was respectively 93.3%, 82.5%, 74.3%, 83.3% and 68.0%. Conclusion The ratio of satisfaction towards the service quality of doctors and nurses is higher than that towards the medical environment, and the ratio of satisfaction of patients from outside Shanghai is higher than that of patients from Shanghai. The ratio of satisfaction is also closely related to patients level of education.
