摘要
目的评价社区卫生服务就诊患者满意度状况,为社区卫生服务工作更加健康、快速发展提供依据。方法采用调查表对山东济南、青岛、淄博3地社区卫生服务患者满意度进行出口处调查,并通过描述性及多因素分析方法对收集资料进行统计分析。结果社区卫生服务患者总体满意度水平较高(76.9%),在满意度单项指标中,医疗设备配备、就诊费用、等候时间等满意程度较低;通过非条件Logistic回归分析发现,对患者总体满意度产生影响的主要因素为:医生服务态度、医疗设备配备、病情解释、护士服务态度、医疗费用等。结论社区卫生服务工作应从多层面、多环节为患者考虑,改进工作,提高患者对社区卫生服务工作的满意度。
Objective To provide basis for healthier and faster developing community health service with evaluating patients'satisfaction of the community health service. Method To survey the patients'satisfaction on community health services with questionnaire in three cities, Jinan, Qingdao, Zibo in Shandong Province, and statistical analyze the collecting information through descriptive and multivariate methods. Result The overall level of patients' satisfaction on community health services is high by descriptive statistical analyzing (76.9%) , the individual satisfaction indicators, such as the medical equipment equipping, medical expenses, waiting time are at much less levels; Through unconditional logistic regression analysis we found that the main factors of the individual variables influencing the overall patients'satisfaction were the attitude of doctors, medical equipment equipping, disease interpretation, the attitude of nurses, medical expenses and other factors. Conclusion Patients' satisfaction is an important measure to the performance of community health service at this stage. This requires improving work and full considering for patients, which can improve the patients' satisfaction level with the community health service.
