摘要
目的建立复肝能胶囊中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法采用Zorbax SB-C18柱(250×4.6,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(25∶75);检测波长为250nm;柱温35℃。结果葛根素进样量在0.1051～2.1020μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),样品平均回收率为99.56%,RSD=0.89%(n=6)。结论此方法操作简便、准确、重现性好,可用于复肝能胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of Puerarin in Fuganneng Capsules.METHODS Zorbax SB-C18（250×4.6,5μm）was used and the mobile phase was CH3OH-H2O（8∶92）;The wavelength of detector was 250nm,the column temperature was 35℃.RESULTS A good linear relationship was obtained between the peak area and the concentration of Puerarin in the range was 0.1051 to 2.1020μg（r=0.9999）;The average recovery（n=6） was 99.56%（RSD=0.89%）.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,accurate and has good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Fuganneng Capsules.
