摘要
用重庆麻鸭乙型肝炎动物模型,观察广西叶下珠体内抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)的作用。用广西叶下珠治疗1月,检测用药前后血清中的DHBV DNA及转氨酶、肝组织病理等。广西叶下珠用药2周、1月能使血清DHBV DNA总体水平显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且停药后DNA滴度回升不明显。血清转氨酶检查及肝脏常规HE染色病理检查未发现叶下珠对肝脏有明显的毒性损害。广西叶下珠在体内有抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒的作用。
The purpose of this work was to study the effect of Guangxi Phyllanthus urinaria on anti-duck hepatitis virus(DHBV) in vivo and provide an experimental basis for clinical treatment of patients with hepatitis B. The Chongqing duck hepatitis B virus model was treated with Phyllanthus urinaria once a day for a month at doses of 1g/kg、 5g/kg、10g/kg of body weight. DHBV DNA in serum was detected four times from the beginning to the end of the treatment, ALT and AST in serum were detected simultaneously. Phyllanthus urinaria could significantly lower the serum DHBV DNA level. After 1 week stopping treatment, serum DHBV DNA concentrations in Phyllanthus urinaria-treated ducks did not increase significamly. The study confirms the safety and potent antihepadnaviral activity of Phyllanthus urinaria in vivo.
