一台数控机床的数控操作面板,包括"CRT"液晶显示屏,其大小一般为14″,在这有限的平面内,实验老师要把刀具信息、工件坐标原点、机床坐标值、运行程序、操作软键功能等解讲给学生,单个学生都很难看清屏幕上显示的教学内容,何况实训安排的不止一个学生。为了改变这种现状,提高数控实训教学的质量,制作了移动的"CRT",教学效果很好.
