摘要
提出抽水蓄能机组故障诊断与状态维修Petri网模型的分解与分层方法,将抽水蓄能机组分解成转子、定子、机架结构、推力轴承、过流部件5个模块和故障诊断层、状态维修层2个层次,解决了抽水蓄能机组故障部位和故障现象过多带来的矩阵维数过大,求解过于复杂的问题.在此基础上,给出了抽水蓄能机组故障诊断与状态维修Petri网模型的知识提取表示方法及其实现步骤.最后以转子模块为例建立了其故障诊断与状态维修的Petri网模型.
A decomposition and layering method of Petri nets of fault diagnosis and condition-based maintenance for pumped-storage unit was proposed.The pumped-storage unit was decomposed into five modules: rotor,stator,frame structure,thrust bearing and flow components,and two layers: fault diagnosis layer and condition-based maintenance layer.This method avoided the problem of high-dimensional matrix and complicated computation resulting from too many fault positions and fault conditions of pumped-storage unit.Based on this,the knowledge extraction and representation method,the implementation steps of pumped-storage unit fault diagnosis and condition-based maintenance Petri net model were given.As an example,the Petri net model of fault diagnosis and condition-based maintenance for the rotor module was established.
