摘要
针对当前很少系统地进行预知维修的研究问题,设计了基于健康状态监测与预测的维修决策方案;在分析和评价已有的维修方式的基础上,确立了基于状态监测与预测的维修可行性决策方案;根据预知维修系统应实现的一系列功能和实际需要,构建了预知维修系统结构方案;并在此基础上根据装备维修管理现状,提出了实施预知维修的工作流程方案;该方案将为预知维修各个方面的研究和发展提供指导。
Aiming to the situation in which allaround research of predictive maintenance is absent, a maintenance decision scheme based on state monitoring and prognostic is designed. On basis of analyzing and evaluating the maintenance methods, the feasibility decision scheme of predictive maintenance is established. According to a series of functions and requirement in reality of predictive maintenance sys tem, the basic structure frame is constructed. After this, the work process scheme of implementing predictive maintenance is elaborated in detail, according to the present situation of equipment maintenance management. The scheme will guide the research and development of pre dictive maintenance various aspects.
