摘要
目的:了解贵港市人民医院口服抗高血压药应用情况及发展趋势。方法:采用限定日剂量(DDD)法,对贵港市人民医院2009～2011年口服抗高血压药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果:2009～2011年贵港市人民医院口服抗高血压药销售金额、DDDs呈逐年上升趋势,2011年销售金额将近是2009年的2倍,DDDs以年涨幅超过30%的速度上升,钙通道阻滞剂是主要的抗高血压药。结论:贵港市人民医院口服抗高血压药应用基本合理。
Objective： To study the status and the development tendency of the utilization of oral anti- hypertensive drugs in our hospital. Methods：By DDD（defined day dose） analysis the utilization of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital between 2009 and 2011 were analyzed statistically in re- spect of the consumption sum,DDDs,DDC etc. Results：Hospital oral antihypertensive drugs sales amount DDDs increased year by year during 2009--2011 in Guigang People＇s Hospital. The sales a- mount of 2011 was nearly two times in 2009, DDDs rised to or more than 30~~ of the speed, Calci- um channel blockers was the main antihypertensive drug . Conclusion： The hospital oral anti-hy- pertension drug application in Guigang People＇s Hospital is reasonable.
