摘要
目的 :了解我院 2 0 0 3年抗高血压药物利用情况。方法 :利用我院药品管理系统提供的 2 0 0 3年口服抗高血压药物的消耗量 ,对用药品种数、药物利用情况进行分析。结果 :用药例次排序前 3位为钙拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、利尿剂 ;限定日剂量数排序前 3位是硝苯地平缓释片、依那普利、引达帕胺 ;药物利用指数≤ 1。结论
Objective:To understand the utilization of antihypertensives in our hospital in 2003.Methods:Using the number of antihypertensives in our hospital in 2003.The kind and utilization were analysed.Results:The first 3 placse of drugs used in order of number of case were calcium antagonists,angiotensin onverting enzyme inhibitors and diuretics.The first 3 places of DDDs of antihypertensives were Nifedipine Sustained Release,Enalapril maleate and Indapamide,DUI≤1.Conclusion:The study shows that the use of drugs is basically rational in our hospital.
