摘要
介绍了洛阳石油化工工程公司炼制研究所开发的LAP助剂在该公司炼油实验厂 10 0kt/a重油催化裂化装置 (ROCC V)上进行的工业应用试验。结果表明 :当LAP助剂占装置催化剂藏量分别为 2 .6 % ,5 .3%和 7.4%时 ,催化裂化汽油烯烃体积分数由 5 8.0 %分别降低到 5 1.7% ,47.6 %和 45 .2 % ;催化裂化汽油的研究法辛烷值分别增加 0 .3,2 .2和 2 .0个单位。轻质油收率略有下降 ,但液化石油气产率有所提高 ,其中液化石油气中高价值组分产率明显提高。LAP助剂使用灵活 。
The commercial test for LAP assistant developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Refining/LPEC in the 100000 tpy ROCC V unit of Demonstration Plant of Petroleum Refining /LPEC was introduced.The results showed that when the LAP is 2.6%,5.3% and 7.4% of the catalyst inventory,the volume fraction of olefins in FCC gasoline were reduced to 51.7%,47.6% and 45.2% from 58.0%,while the RON increases by 0.3,2.2 and 2.0 unit,respectively.The total light oil yield slightly decreased,while the LPG yield increased.
