摘要
以31个甘蓝型油菜高代品系为材料,采用特定杂交设计,对油菜成熟期6个主要生物学性状进行遗传分析。结果表明,杂种F1群体6个生物学性状的平均表现均超过亲本;秆质量、地上生物学产量和收获指数的遗传以加性效应为主,粒质量和粒壳质量的遗传以显性效应为主;不同生物学性状的平均优势存在差异,其中以粒质量和粒壳质量的平均优势表现最好;相关分析表明,协调好地上生物学产量和收获指数间的关系对夺取油菜高产至关重要。
Inheritance analysis of six biological traits was conducted using 31 rapeseed lines with designated-cross method.Results showed that the mean performance of six biological traits of F1 progeny were better than their parents.The inheritance of stem mass,biological yield for aboveground part,and harvest index were main as the additive effect,but that of seed mass and mass of seed and silique wall were main as the dominance effect.There is the great difference among the mean heterosis of the different biological traits,of which seed mass and mass of seed and silique wall were the best.The correlated analysis showed that coordinating the relationship between biological yield for aboveground part and harvest index is critical to getting the high yield of rapeseed.
