摘要
针对目前采油过程中防止井漏和井喷措施存在的问题 ,研制了一种自动保护油层井底开关。这种井底开关主要由弹簧支持的浮动阀心和上下两阀座构成 ,可以在井漏或偶发性井喷时 ,通过阀心上下压差的作用自动关闭油层 ,又可以在正常生产中自动打开油层 ,从而保证生产油层不受井喷或井漏的损害。使用时 ,将其与封隔器和其他所需工艺管柱联接 ,安装到油层射孔段以上 ,就可保证正常生产。现场试验表明 ,这种开关性能指标符合设计要求 。
To solve the problems with prevention of loss of well and well blowout, a bottomhole switch for automatic reservoir protection is developed. The switch is comprised of a spring supported floating valve core and upper and lower valve seats, it can be used to close the oil layer automatically by means of the pressure difference of the valve core, and open the oil layer for normal oil production, preventing the oil layer from damaging by loss of well and blowout.
