摘要
针对修井作业中的井喷、井涌和井漏现象， 研制了一种径向开启的保护油层井底开关。此开关能在井内压力小于油层压力时开启， 大于油层压力时关闭。抽油井正常工作时， 开关能保证油液顺利通过； 洗井时， 能关闭采油层， 防止洗井液漏入油层， 此时整个油井仍相通， 可实现油井的彻底清洗。为防止井喷， 设计了由长短轨道套控制的液动环形活塞， 采用向井内加压的方法推动活塞将开关强行关闭或开启。此外， 这种井底开关在多砂井中还能防砂卡和砂堵。
In the light of the phenomena of well blowing, well kick and leak during well servicing, a bottom hole switch for reservoir protection, that is closed and opened radially, is developed. The switch can be opened or closed when the well pressure is lower or higher than the reservoir pressure respectively. By using this switch, in oil pumping, the liquid can passing through smoothly; in well washing, the reservoir can be closed to prevent the washing liquid from entering the reservoir and to carry out a thorough well washing. To prevent well blowing, a hydraulic circular piston is designed, which can be used to close or open the bottom hole switch by compulsory means.
