摘要
利用58对SSR引物所检测出的158个等位基因位点对44份三系杂交粳稻亲本品种(系)进行遗传相似性分析,44个粳稻品种(系)间遗传相似系数的变异范围为0.54~0.96。采用非加权类平均法进行聚类分析,在相似系数0.71处,可将44个粳稻品种(系)分为4类,绝大多数品种(系)都聚为第四类群,第四类群在遗传相似系数0.75处,又可分为5个亚群,所有的保持系和不育系单独聚为E亚群。
Genetic similarity of 44 parents of Japonica hybrid rice were analyzed by 158 alleles detected from 58 pairs of primers. The genetic similarity coefficients of the 44 parents of Japonica hybrid rice ranged from 0.54 to 0.96. Furthermore, all the varieties were classified into 4 groups, at the level of genetic similarity coefficient 0.71 according to cluster analysis by an un-weighted pair-group average method with arithmetic mean (UPGMA). Most of the varieties were classified into the fourth group. The fourth groups were classified into 5 subgroup at the level of genetic similarity coefficient 0.75. All the Male sterile lines and maintainer lines were classified in the E subgroup of the fourth groups.
