摘要
以大型香蕉型振动筛为研究对象,采用Solid Works三维建模软件进行三维建模,将三维模型导入ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行有限元分析,得到在静载荷作用下振动筛的整体应力应变分布云图;并对整个筛体的动特性进行分析,由模态分析结果得到各阶模态频率和振型图,结合锤击测试试验验证理论分析结果,为振动筛的设计和改进提供必要的理论依据。
A large-scale banana vibrating screen was modeling by using SolidWorks, and then the 3D model was imported into ANSYS Workbench for FEA. The stress and strain distribution of the vibrating screen at static loading was obtained. In addition, the dynamic characteristics of the screen were analyzed also, and frequency and vibration shape of each order of mode were obtained according to modal analysis results. At last, the analysis results were verified through hammering test. The study offered necessary theoretical references for design and improvement of the vibrating screen.
