矿用单梁振动筛实验模态分析

摘要 为寻找矿用单梁振动筛易发生疲劳破坏的部件,在分析单梁振动筛工作原理基础上,采用实验模态分析法,对矿用单梁振动筛空载状态的振动特性进行实验分析。实验结果表明:振动筛的摆动只在振动筛开机和停机阶段内比较明显,且激振器安装位置和下横梁需要进行加固处理。分析结果能够提高易产生疲劳破坏部件的可靠性,对矿用单梁振动筛的设计及应用具有指导意义。 In order to find out the parts of fatigue rupture in the single beam vibrating screen, the experimental modal analysis method was used based on analyzing the working principle of the single beam vibrating screen. The vibration performances of single beam vibra- ting screen under no-load state were obtained by experimental analysis. The experimental results show that,the swing motion of the vi- brating screen is more noticeable only in starting and stopping stage, and the installation position of vibrator and the lower beam require reinforcement. The result can improve the reliability of easy fatigue damage parts and has a guiding significance for the design and appli- cation of mine-used single beam vibrating screen.
