摘要
本文根据目前独生子女大批进入高校这一现状进行立项研究 ,把成功的运动队训练经验运用到体育课教学中 ,提出了运用“融入教学法”来解决中长跑课的教学质量问题。
In consideration of the current situation that single birth children access into colleges and universities in our country,this article advocates to apply the successful teaching experiences abstracted from training athletes to common physical education,thus overcome the dullness of the education of medium and long distance race,and improve teaching quality of medium and longdistance race
